Delete your Appraisio account

This page explains how to delete your Appraisio account and the data that goes with it. This applies to the Appraisio app on Android, iPhone and iPad, and on the web at app.appraisio.ai. You don't need the app installed.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in at app.appraisio.ai/settings/account in any web browser, or open the app and go to Settings → Account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email support@appraisio.ai with the subject "Delete my Appraisio account". Send it from the email address on your account so we can confirm it's yours. If you can't do that, we'll ask you to verify ownership another way before we delete anything.

We'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your login (email, name and password)
• All your appraisals and report form data
• Uploaded photos, documents and files
• Sketches and floor plans
• Report templates and saved comparables
• Signatures and your signing PIN
• Any active subscription, which is cancelled at the same time

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Export any reports you need first.

What we keep

• Billing records (invoices and payment history) for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
• Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten on their normal cycle.
